Terms and Conditions: The12th International Methods and Applications of Radioanalytical Chemistry (MARC XII) will be an in-person technical meeting held April 3-8, 2022 at the Courtyard by Marriot King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel in Kailua-Kona, HI, USA.  The MARC Conference is sponsored by the American Nuclear Society.  

Conference registration fees will be charged to offset the cost of running this conference.  Conference fees cover only attendance and participation in the technical and social programs managed by the conference and do not cover any travel costs or hotel costs.  Conference hotel rates have been negotiated with the conference hotel and attendees are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel as all planning for the conference will be based on attendees staying onsite.  Refunds for conference registration may be requested via email prior to January 30, 2022, by contacting the conference secretary (secretary@marcconference.org).  No registration fee refunds will be approved after January 30, 2022.  

Any goods or services provided at the conference (guest packages, conference t-shirts, etc) are sold ‘as is’ and no refunds will be issued.  Other remittances including contributions toward the cost of the meeting, coffee breaks, receptions, or other events may not be refunded after Dec 31, 2021.

The MARC Conference and American Nuclear Society are not responsible for acts that may force the cancellation of the conference and will not bear any financial responsibility for circumstances outside our control.  Registration and contribution refund requests shall be evaluated by the MARC Conference Chair and issued or denied based on the circumstances forcing cancellation.

Privacy Statement:  Information collected for registration will not be shared for any business purpose.  E-mail information will be retained and used by the MARC Committee and the American Nuclear Society to coordinate communication of MARC XII and future MARC conferences.
